This butterfly was recently visiting at Sue Biggs' house.

Artists at work in the glass studio at the EnergyXchange at the Mitchell-Yancey landfill. The nonprofit organization has requested $50,000 a year from Mitchell, Yancey and Avery counties for administrative and operational support.  The EnergyXChange captures the escaping landfill gas to heat greenhouses and fuel crafts studios.
